Refund Policy

No refund once you have accessed the materials or once a single session has taken place. For packages with several sessions, if you cancel within 14 days, you pay only for the sessions already held. Before access starts or a session takes place, you can cancel within 14 days.

Before you pay, you are asked to confirm that you want access to start straight away and that you lose your right to cancel once you have accessed the materials or once a single session or your full package of sessions has been delivered.

To request a refund, email us at careerlevelupacademy@gmail.com with your order details. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through our payment provider, Stripe.

For pre-orders, you can cancel within 14 days of your order as long as access has not yet opened. If we cancel a programme, you receive a full refund.

This policy does not limit your mandatory rights as a consumer under Danish and EU law.
